VP, AI Controls Enablement: Strategy & Risk Innovation

J.P. Morgan is seeking an AI Controls Enablement Lead in London to drive a team of controls professionals with deep AI expertise. You will translate AI activity into business-friendly risk language and prototype scalable automated controls across Asset & Wealth Management.

You will work with Control Managers and senior stakeholders to ensure risk-aware AI deployments, coach teams, and set standards for controls, governance, and regulatory compliance while delivering innovative solutions.
