Pearse Partners is working with a leading international bank on a standout VP opportunity within its growing Capital Solutions team in London.

The role spans structured credit, bank capital and private capital, focusing on bespoke transactions to optimise balance sheet and capital efficiency across EMEA. The successful candidate will own the transaction lifecycle from structuring through profitability modelling, approvals and execution.
