Volunteer Trauma-Informed Peer Mentor for Women

Refuge is looking for a Peer Mentor Volunteer in Barking & Dagenham. This role allows you to use your experience to empower women recovering from domestic abuse. You will deliver trauma-informed mentoring, aiding their confidence and independence.

We expect a commitment of at least 6 months, with 2-3 hours per week. This is a volunteering opportunity with various benefits to support your development. Applications close at 9.00am on 22 July 2026.
