Volunteer Responsibilities

Volunteers support young people who are currently excluded from mainstream schools through career-focused workshops and mock interviews during a morning event.

Assist with simple recruitment activities and share personal experiences.

Engage participants in small-group, career-focused activities and discussions. Activities include networking, skill awareness, interactive tasks, mock interviews, and aspiration development.

Facilitate a supportive atmosphere with staff guidance, helping students who may be initially hesitant to become engaged.
