Job Description
Volunteer Receptionist • Sidney Corob House • West Hampstead

Responsibilities:

  • Opening the doors
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Directing visitors to where they need to go
  • Answering the phone, transferring calls, taking messages over the phone and informing the right person or department
  • Overall basic reception duties

Schedule: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 9am-12pm. Volunteers must be available at the same times weekly (excluding holidays and other commitments; we are flexible).

Location: Sidney Corob House, West Hampstead

Age limit: Volunteers aged 18 or over

Hours per session: Between 3 and 4 hours
