Volunteer Programs Lead - Engage Communities & Recruit Talent

St Elizabeth Hospice in Great Yarmouth is seeking a proactive Volunteer Coordinator to lead the volunteer journey from initial contact to community champion.

You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, induction, engagement and training while building an inclusive network and representing the hospice at face-to-face and online events. The role requires exceptional organisation, confident communication, a flexible approach to occasional out-of-hours work, and safeguarding commitment.
