Volunteer Program Lead - South Wales

Victim Support in South Wales is seeking a Volunteer Manager to recruit, inspire and support a team of volunteers delivering high-quality services to victims of crime. The role is home based with regular travel across South Wales.

You will lead recruitment and training, oversee supervision and annual reviews, ensure safeguarding and data protection compliance, and build partnerships with external agencies to maximise impact.
