Volunteer Program Director - Paddlesports

British Canoeing is looking for an innovative Volunteer Manager to lead the development of a comprehensive volunteer support strategy. Based at the National Water Sports Centre in Nottingham, this role will enable you to shape volunteering experiences across grassroots levels and in preparation for the 2027 ICF Slalom World Cup.

You will strategize on inclusive initiatives, coordinate recognition campaigns for volunteers, and build key relationships with sporting organizations. Ideal candidates should possess exceptional communication skills and a degree in a relevant field.
