Volunteer Growth & Community Partnerships Lead

ocva.org is looking for a Community Engagement Lead to focus on recruiting new volunteers while maintaining relationships with local organizations in Banbury and surrounding areas. This permanent role requires between 16 to 20 hours of work per week, with some flexibility for evenings and weekends.

The ideal candidate will develop volunteer initiatives and support training programs for new recruits. They will be part of a supportive team, working towards enhancing community engagement and fundraising efforts.
