Volunteer Engagement & Training Lead (Survivor-Led)

Battle Scars in Leeds is recruiting a Volunteer Coordinator to support and strengthen our volunteer workforce across services. Reporting to the Director of Peer Support Services, you will ensure volunteers feel supported, confident and equipped to deliver high-quality peer support.

You will coordinate induction, onboarding and ongoing development, deliver training and maintain strong records while engaging with diverse communities.
