We are seeking a dedicated Volunteer Caseworker to support individuals and families across the London area with their day-to-day paperwork. As a Volunteer Paperlite Caseworker, you will provide practical, friendly support to clients during a monthly visit focused on helping with paperwork and everyday admin tasks. This may include assisting with forms, organising documents, reading and responding to letters, offering reassurance and guidance, and helping clients feel more confident and supported in managing their paperwork and appointments.
