Volunteer Car Driver - Sheffield

We have a fantastic opportunity for Volunteer Car Drivers to join our team in Sheffield. As a Patient Transport Volunteer Driver you will be the friendly face patients rely on when travelling to vital medical appointments, ensuring they arrive safely and on time.

Main responsibilities

• Drive patients to non emergency appointments.
• Coordinate with dispatch teams for seamless operations.
• Provide reassurance and support during patient journeys.
• Maintain a clean, friendly vehicle environment.
• Respect patient confidentiality and follow all safety procedures.

Person specification

• A valid UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
• Access to a 4 door car or larger.
• A friendly and empathetic demeanour.
• Alignment with our organisation's values: collaborative, agile, reliable, empowered.
• Basic IT skills (e.g., use of a smartphone).
