Volunteer Cadet Leader: Inspire Youth & Community

Sussex Police is seeking a Volunteer Police Cadet Leader to inspire and mentor young individuals in the Spelthorne unit. This flexible voluntary role requires a commitment of two to three hours weekly, often in the evenings or weekends. Responsibilities include acting as a role model, supporting cadets, and delivering sessions. Ideal candidates will bring prior experience with youth or community volunteering, as well as skills in building strong relationships and understanding safeguarding principles.
