Voids Team Lead - On Site Repairs & Maintenance

Ian Williams Ltd. is seeking a Voids Working Foreperson to lead a team of Void Operatives in the Camberley area. The role focuses on supervising on-site delivery, coordinating multi-trade repairs, and ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely handovers.

You will manage productivity, timesheets, and client communications while upholding health and safety standards. A valid UK driving licence and NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade are required.
