We are looking for a proactive and motivatedVoids Supervisor to join a leading Property Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering an efficient, customer-focusedvoids service across their homes.

You will be based across their South Central sites in Basingstoke, Oxford, Portsmouth and Southampton

Voids Supervisor duties:
  • Manage, motivate and develop a team of multi trades.
  • Carry out site inspections, quality checks, risk assessments and toolbox talks.
  • Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
  • Monitor productivity, performance and service targets, taking corrective action where required.Coordinate labour resources and support effective scheduling of work.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring value for money and quality outcomes.
To succeed as the Voids Supervisor, you need:
  • Experience supervising voids,repairs or construction-related teams.
  • Strong knowledge ofvoids and property maintenance.
  • Experience managing performance, productivity and quality standards.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to plan workloads and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience managing and developing a team of operatives.
  • Excellent people skills

This role is offering a salary of £45,000-£48,000
