Voids Supervisor - Social Housing Delivery Lead

Axis CLC Group is seeking an experienced Voids Supervisor to lead the voids service in Sussex. You will ensure properties are returned to a lettable standard safely, on time and within budget, while delivering the client's KPIs.

You will lead operatives and subcontractors, drive productivity, maintain commercial control and ensure every property is delivered right first time. Strong leadership and NHF knowledge are essential.
