Void Works Inspector: Quality & Compliance

The London Borough of Hillingdon is seeking a proactive Void Clerk of Works to oversee repairs and refurbishment across our void housing stock, ensuring lettable standards, statutory compliance and resident safety. You will inspect sites, monitor contractor performance, identify defects, organise remedial works, and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required for regular borough-wide travel, and you will contribute to quality control
