Void Support & Re-let Coordinator

City of Lincoln Council is seeking a motivated individual to join the Void Support Team at Hamilton House on a permanent, part-time basis. You will help manage void properties, coordinate inspections and works orders, and liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to re-let properties efficiently.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service while using various IT systems.
