Void Repairs Multi-Trader Social Housing Skilled Trades, Crawley

Wates Smartspace in Crawley is seeking an experienced Multi-Trader to carry out repairs and refurbishment works in void social housing properties before new tenants move in. You'll work across carpentry, plumbing, tiling and plastering, ensuring work is safe, high quality and completed efficiently.

Requirements include NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade, experience in social housing voids, full UK driving licence, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
