Job Description
Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities- Blend analytical thinking with creative problem solving, bringing fresh perspectives while building strong partnerships across the business.
- Take ownership of developing and evolving the strategic pricing approach, aligning it with wider business ambitions while making thoughtful, evidence based decisions.
- Build and nurture a strong pricing knowledge base, combining curiosity and attention to detail to understand customers, competitors, and market trends.
- Explore new ideas and identify opportunities to refine pricing models, balancing innovation with commercial impact.
- Collaborate closely with teams across Strategy, Finance, Insights, Commercial and Propositions, building trusted relationships to drive shared outcomes.
- Confidently challenge existing approaches where needed, while also supporting others to bring forward new and diverse perspectives.
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights that help guide decision making at all levels.
- Experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or a similar field.
- Strong analytical thinking and a thoughtful, adaptable approach to problem solving.
- Curiosity and insight drive, with a natural interest in understanding customers, markets, and emerging trends.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to influence and build relationships across a wide range of stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, evolving environment, showing resilience and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to balance independent thinking with teamwork, knowing when to lead and when to support others.
- Preferably experience in telecoms or a similar commercial environment (experience in fixed connectivity a plus).
- Solid experience (around 5+ years) in pricing or a related discipline.
