Vocations Director: Inspire and Grow Church Calling

Church of England Portsmouth Diocese seeks a dynamic Lead for Vocations to inspire and equip both ordained and lay ministers. You will work with the Bishop, parishes, and national church to shape future vocations, resource a dedicated team, and advance discernment across varied church contexts.

As the organisational lead, you will champion a prayerful vision, coordinate ministries, and drive an exponential rise in vocations while collaborating with parishes and pioneer communities.
