Visual Merchandiser

Job purpose:

In this context, the company is seeking a Visual Merchandising professional to contribute to the development of strategies following the company's guidelines and standards, combining creativity and passion within the Visual Merchandising department.

Responsibilities:

• Execution of on-site setups and remote management and supervision of retail locations
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize product visibility and sales performance
• Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines at both local and global levels
• Analyze customer behavior in-store to optimize layout and customer journey
• Manage the implementation of promotional setups and new product launches

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role within the retail sector, preferably in fashion or design
• Knowledge of key visual merchandising techniques and store layout strategies
• Strong aesthetic sense, creativity, and spatial awareness
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Team-oriented attitude, flexibility, and adaptability to variable work hours
• Good command of digital tools: Office Suite - PowerPoint - Photoshop - familiarity with the Rhinoceros system is a plus
• Proficiency in English
• Availability for business trip
