Visual Lead: Merchandising & Store Operations

ALO is seeking a Visual Lead to drive store profitability through visual merchandising and operational leadership. You will partner with Visual and Operations Managers to execute floor sets, manage inventory, and ensure brand standards across the sales floor.

The role emphasizes coaching, leadership, and hands on performance on a fast paced retail floor, with an expectation to open/close and cover weekend shifts as needed.
