Aberdeen Science Centre is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Visitor Experience Manager to create memorable and high-quality outings for all our guests.
In this role, the successful candidate will drive income and admissions growth by maximising opportunities across ticket sales, events, birthday parties, and retail.
As a central figure in achieving our commercial and engagement goals, you will ensure excellence in customer service, programming, staffing, and team leadership. You'll play a vital role in creating memorable experiences that attract and engage our visitors.
We're looking for someone who can maintain the highest standards, support team performance, and help us achieve and sustain our 5-star Quality Assurance status
