Visitor Experience Lead & Service Manager

The National Trust at Corfe Castle is seeking a Welcome and Service Assistant Manager to uphold high standards of visitor experience. If you motivate by example and make every guest feel welcome, this role could be for you.

You'll lead a team of staff and volunteers, cover busy weekends and bank holidays, and rotate as Duty Manager. Expect front-facing duties, cash handling, and a focus on Growing Support through membership and fundraising targets.
