Visitor Experience Lead - Inspire Guests & Team

Lightroom in London is seeking a Visitor Experience Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across Access, Bar & Events, Floor, Retail, Ticketing and Stagedoor. You will lead a team of hosts, coach staff, and collaborate with multiple departments to deliver a seamless and memorable visitor journey.

You will champion Lightroom's values, ensure exceptional guest service, and manage staffing, scheduling, and incident response while promoting a collaborative and supportive workplace culture.
