The Role:We are looking to appoint a customer focused individual to provide all customers visiting Morgan Experience with a premium service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver premium customer service
- Manage bookings and enquiries for experiences
- Coordinate events, venue hire, and group bookings
- Handle administration and booking systems accurately
- Upsell experiences or services when appropriate
Key Tasks
Customer Service
- Welcome visitors to the Experience Centre
- Answer phone calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Ensure visitors have a high-quality experience from start to finish
Bookings & Administration
- Book experiences via phone, email, and in person
- Manage voucher bookings (direct and third-party)
- Input accurate customer details into booking systems
Event & Group Coordination
- Organise group bookings and venue hire
- Be the main contact for venue hire at the Experience Centre
- Ensure bookings are prepared correctly before the event
Operational Tasks
- Purchase supplies for the Experience Centre
- Work both front-of-house and office roles, as per business requirements
- Help maintain profitability when managing bookings
- Action all tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
- Flexibility is a key aspect of this role, and occasional working outside of normal office hours may be required.
- From time to time, you may also be asked to undertake tasks that fall within your skillset to support business needs.

- Organisational - effectively manage your time and tasks list to ensure work is up to date and customer interactions are not impacted.
Essential skills and experience required:
- Experience of working in the hospitality and / or prestige, luxury or classic car industry is preferred
- Experience working in a busy, customer facing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy, especially systems and excel
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
- Previous money handling experience with both cash and card transactions
- A NVQ or equivalent in customer service
- GCSE's or above in IT
