Visitor Experience & Front of House Lead

Apleona Hsg S.P.A. in Preston is seeking a Front of House Officer to deliver exemplary customer service, ensure safety and security, and act as the public face of the site.

You will perform regular patrols, monitor access, handle incidents, and coordinate with the management team to maintain a safe, welcoming environment for visitors and tenants. The role requires an SIA frontline guarding licence (CCTV SIA licence desirable), strong communication, vigilance, and the ability to manage
