Visitor Assistant

Pertemps are recruiting for a number of Visitor Assistants on a temporary basis.

Role - Visitor Assistant
Location - Edinburgh City Centre (EH1 area)
Days of work - Monday to Sunday, working on a rota
Hours of work - Part time and full time available, between the hours of 8am - 6pm
Start date - as soon as possible
Duration - Until the end of September 2026
Pay rate - £14.27 per hour

As a Retail Assistant, you will be:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Meeting and greeting visitors upon arrival
• Selling and checking tickets for admission to visitor attractions
• Leading tours as required
• Assisting with events at the venue
• Answering visitor inquiries
• Assisting in the gift shop as required
• Any other tasks as required

Please note that this role can involve climbing stairs and outdoor working in all weathers.
