VIP Safari Lodge Guest Services Host

West Midlands Safari Park is seeking a Guest Services Host to deliver outstanding service to our on-site luxury Safari Lodge guests and other park visitors.

You will be the first and last point of contact, ensuring a memorable experience through strong communication, attention to detail, and proactive guest care. The role involves flexible shifts, reception duties, and coordination of guest transfers and requests to maintain high service standards.
