This role sits at the heart of a fast-growing digital asset environment, focusing on high-value client engagement across diverse and rapidly evolving regions. You will manage and expand relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional traders across Africa, Switzerland, and Pakistan. The position blends relationship management, commercial growth, and strategic market development in the crypto and fintech space. You will act as a trusted advisor to top-tier clients while ensuring seamless onboarding, retention, and satisfaction. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams such as product, compliance, and operations to resolve client needs efficiently. With significant exposure to global markets and regulatory diversity, you will play a key role in driving trading volume and product adoption across a cutting-edge financial ecosystem.
Accountabilities- Manage and grow a portfolio of VIP clients, including HNWIs, institutional traders, family offices, and crypto funds, ensuring long term engagement and satisfaction.
- Lead onboarding, retention, and relationship development activities while identifying opportunities to deepen client usage of trading and investment products.
- Drive revenue growth through increased trading volume, cross selling across product lines (spot, derivatives, earn, OTC, and Web3 offerings).
- Develop and execute targeted regional strategies across Africa, Switzerland, and Pakistan, including participation in industry events and client outreach initiatives.
- Act as the key internal liaison for VIP clients, coordinating with product, compliance, and operations teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Gather and communicate market intelligence and client feedback to support product development and strategic decision making.
- 5+ years of experience in relationship management, private banking, institutional sales, brokerage, fintech, or crypto related financial services.
- Strong track record of managing high value client portfolios with measurable impact on revenue and business growth.
- Prior exposure to African markets, Swiss financial services, or Pakistan's fintech/crypto ecosystem is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of crypto trading products, including spot, derivatives, perpetuals, options, and staking mechanisms.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and data driven performance tracking.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse cultural and professional environments.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages such as French, Arabic, German, Swahili, Hausa, Afrikaans, Urdu, or Punjabi are a strong advantage.
