Vintage Fashion Retail Management Internship - BOAS

Do you want to actively make a difference in the world? For our profit for good startup, we're looking for interns!

BOAS is the fast vintage fashion platform with multiple stores in the Netherlands that saves fashion from being burnt and donates 90% of profits to the most effective charities. We're looking for our newest lifesaver to join us in to scale our operations.

To achieve more good, we are looking for a full-time intern for a 6-month internship to start ASAP on-site in Utrecht.

What will you do?

• You'll be responsible for managing our store on Choorstraat (Utrecht)
• You help customers find their perfect vintage clothing.
• You help with the organization and the replenishment of the store.
• You advocate for BOAS and our mission to save jeans, save lives.
• You share your observations and feedback with the marketing and operations team, so we can continuously improve our services.
• You make sure the store is clean and looks professional.

Requirements:

• Getting things done mindset
• Good communication skills, goal orientation and motivation
• Organizational talent
• Friendly behavior
• But most importantly: a normal office job is not enough for you and you want to actively do good in the world
• You live in or near Utrecht
• You can sell actively

• The salary is €200 + performance based commission (5% of sales over the baseline). With the commission structure your monthly salary will range from €200 - €750. If you work less you get paid less.
