Viewing Representative Estate Agency Upto £28.5K Basic + Car Allowance

We're recruiting for two Viewing Representatives to join a market-leading independent estate agency in Hucknall. This is an excellent opportunity for an estate agency professional who enjoys being out and about, showcasing properties, building relationships, and helping people find their next home, rather than spending their day behind a desk making outbound calls.

Working as the face of the business, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while representing one of the area's most respected independent agencies.

The Role

As a Viewing Representative, you will:

• Conduct property viewings across the local area
• Deliver an exceptional experience for buyers, vendors, and applicants
• Register and qualify prospective buyers
• Match applicants with suitable properties based on their requirements
• Arrange and confirm property appointments
• Gather and communicate viewing feedback to vendors and colleagues
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Support the wider team with administrative tasks when required
• Represent the business professionally at all times

Viewing Representative Requirements

• Previous estate agency experience preferred
• Background in sales and customer service
• Knowledge of the Nottingham area would be advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, confident, and personable approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Career-driven with a passion for property
• Full UK driving licence

• Monday to Saturday
