Headquartered in Mid Kent with a well-established manufacturing and production facility in Southern Vietnam, the business continues to expand its international footprint and invest in long-term capability.The Role:We are looking for a Vietnamese-Speaking Management Accountant to join our client. This position is crucial in strengthening financial collaboration between the UK leadership team and the Vietnam production facility. The role requires proficient business-level Vietnamese language skills and offers a clear pathway for progression as the company continues to grow in new markets.You will work closely with both financial and non-financial stakeholders across the UK and Vietnam, supporting operational performance, financial strategy, and cross-border communication. This is a full-time, permanent role reporting to the UK-based Finance Lead and the CEO.The position is predominantly on-site, 5 days per week, with some flexibility for home working or adjusted hours to support collaboration with colleagues in Vietnam.Key Responsibilities:

• Budgeting & Forecasting - Oversee financial planning cycles, ensuring accurate and timely budgets and forecasts aligned across UK and Vietnam operations.
• Cross-Border Stakeholder Support - Act as the financial bridge between UK directors and the Vietnamese production facility, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and smooth communication.
• Supply Chain & Production Finance - Work closely with procurement, logistics, and production teams to optimise costs, processes, and operational efficiency.
• Financial Analysis - Provide insights that support commercial decision-making and drive group-wide performance.
• Reporting - Produce detailed management accounts, variance analysis, and financial models to support strategic planning and operational oversight.

Desirable Skills:

• Qualified or part-qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
• Strong proficiency in business Vietnamese (spoken and written)
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, or supply chain/production finance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong communication skills with both financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Proficiency with financial systems and advanced Excel
