ReportingReporting to the Trustee Manager, the Trustee Administrator is responsible for overseeing legal and regulatory compliance with regard to Irish and non Irish domiciled funds. The role is independent of the Fund and its Management Company, ensuring adherence to constitutional documentation, regulations and other material requirements.
Responsibilities- Portfolio compliance
- Investment & borrowing restriction monitoring
- Concentration and leverage calculations
- Breach register maintenance
- Cash flow monitoring: identification of significant and inconsistent cash flows, eligible credit institutions, third party cash account monitoring
- Net Asset Valuation (NAV) oversight: income calculation and distributions, share class hedging calculations, performance/incentive fee calculations
- Trial balance and portfolio valuations analysis
- Contribute to on site visits of fund delegates and issue final reports
- Asset safekeeping: ownership verification of securities held outside the depositary's traditional safe keeping arrangements, real estate and private equity structures
- Client service and reporting: assist with preparing responses to client queries
- Project management: assist with workflow development and enhancements
- Graduate with a Master's degree from a Business/Engineering School or university, specializing in maths, business or finance
- Previous experience in financial services and/or trustee/custody/compliance appreciated
- Fluent in English with excellent written skills (B2 C1)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Word and Excel (VBA an advantage)
- Strong time management, organisational and numerical analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solid understanding of financial instruments and stock markets, strong financial product knowledge
- Desire to learn new skills with a continuous improvement attitude, self motivated and structured
This VIE in Dublin begins as soon as possible, with a 3 month pre start period. The assignment lasts 18 months and is open to candidates under 28 from EU member states. Applicants must provide proof of M2 diploma validation before the assignment start date; no VIE mission begins without this document.
