Role Description

The Videographer at Lume Dental will capture and produce high-quality video content that showcases patient journeys, smile transformations, and practice branding. Day to day responsibilities include planning shoots, setting up equipment, filming on site in clinical and non clinical areas, and collaborating with the team to create engaging visual stories. The role involves editing footage for social media, marketing campaigns, and educational materials, as well as maintaining an organized library of video assets. This is a full time, on site role based in Wilmslow, working closely with the marketing and clinical teams to align video content with brand and communication goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production, including planning, shooting, and post production workflows.
• Proficient Camera Operation and use of Camera equipment in varied environments.
• Experience with Lighting and Shooting Video to achieve consistent, professional visual quality.
• Ability to collaborate with non technical team members and communicate ideas clearly.
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Portfolio demonstrating creative storytelling and high quality videography, preferably in healthcare, beauty, or consumer facing brands.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and comfort working in a clinical setting with patients and staff.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
