Job Description
The Vice President of Site Selection at Ares Management will play a key role in expanding Ada's infrastructure across EMEA. This leadership position involves collaborating with investment teams to identify and validate new site opportunities. The role requires strong technical knowledge of data centers and excellent negotiation skills to secure sites for development.
What You'll Do- Identify and validate sites for infrastructure development
- Collaborate with the investments team to analyze new opportunities
- Develop a concise proposal document for leadership review
- Negotiate site purchases and act as the main contact for sellers
- Bachelor's degree in business or finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in a site selection or project execution role
- Strong understanding of data centers and site viability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
