About the Role:

We are seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead our product vision, strategy, and delivery-bringing innovation, customer insight, and commercial acumen to our global leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product strategy across our suite of recruitment marketing solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, client needs, and market trends.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of product directors, nurturing a culture of innovation, impact, and accountability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, commercial, client success, and optimization to deliver compelling, high-value product experiences.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the recruitment marketing ecosystem and emerging technologies to ensure market leadership and client relevance.
  • Use insights and data to inform product decisions, monitor performance, and iterate effectively based on user feedback and measurable outcomes.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, clients, and partners to communicate the product roadmap and reinforce the strategic direction of the platform.
Requirements

Essential Criteria

  • 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS environments, including 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Proven success scaling software platforms and bringing new products to market, ideally within HRTech and AdTech sectors.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment marketing, employer branding, or candidate engagement platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong commercial focus and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills-able to align and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Recruitment marketing technology experience
  • Experience with UX/UI design tools and prototyping
