Vice President, Debt Advisory

Overview

We are now working with a leading European advisory firm, with a very strong name in debt advisory. They have an excellent reputation advising mid-market private equity funds looking to raise capital for buyouts and other financings.

They are now looking to add a VP to their London team.

The role will lead the origination and execution of debt advisory mandates across a range of sectors.

Responsibilities

• Working with private equity funds and corporates on debt advisory mandates. This could involve advising them raising finance, leveraged finance, refinancings and acquisition finance.


• Leading deal teams, acting as a key interface with clients and other parties.


• Deal structuring and negotiation.


• Managing and motivating analysts and associates.


• Business development and origination work.

Qualifications

• VP-level professional.


• Substantial experience of working on debt advisory or leveraged finance mandates.


• Excellent deal sheet, able to lead debt advisory mandates.
