Vice President Compliance

Overview

As the Vice President of Compliance, you will be at the forefront of shaping the compliance strategy for a cutting-edge FinTech organization in the Netherlands. Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as ICA, CAMS, or CFE are highly desirable.

Experience:

• 10+ years of compliance experience in financial services, with 5+ years in leadership roles (preferably in a FinTech).
• Extensive knowledge of Dutch and EU financial regulations, including PSD2, AMLD, and GDPR.
• Proven experience in managing relationships with regulatory bodies and leading licensing processes.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of compliance technology tools (e.g., transaction monitoring, KYC/AML systems).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective leadership and interpersonal communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
