Vice President, Client Processing Manager

Location: Manchester, UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams responsible for client processing operations, ensuring adherence to service standards and regulatory requirements by demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve complex client issues, utilizing expertise to provide effective solutions.
• Monitor and assess performance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and client expectations.
• Drive strategic initiatives contributing to the overall business strategy.
• Develop staff to maximize individual contributions, professional growth, and effective team collaboration.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, promoting professional growth and advancement.
• Responsible for the achievement of team goals and talent management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience in Corporate Trust or Conventional Trust and Operations management.
• People management experience required.
• Continuous improvement mentality.
• Technical knowledge of Agile Methodology and Six Sigma preferred.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
• Experience in implementing Digital Tools.
