Job Description
Vice President, Client Processing Manager 
Location: Manchester, UK.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage teams responsible for client processing operations, ensuring adherence to service standards and regulatory requirements by demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve complex client issues, utilizing expertise to provide effective solutions.
- Monitor and assess performance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and client expectations.
- Drive strategic initiatives contributing to the overall business strategy.
- Develop staff to maximize individual contributions, professional growth, and effective team collaboration.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, promoting professional growth and advancement.
- Responsible for the achievement of team goals and talent management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Experience in Corporate Trust or Conventional Trust and Operations management.
- People management experience required.
- Continuous improvement mentality.
- Technical knowledge of Agile Methodology and Six Sigma preferred.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
- Experience in implementing Digital Tools.
