LOCATION: World Business Centre 3 - London Heathrow Airport plus regional airports including Gatwick, Stansted, and Bristol
SHIFT PATTERN: 5 on 2 off, 40 hours a week with shifts varying between 06:00 and 22:00

Key Responsibilities- Responsible for processing internal and external applications through the I.D. process.
- Proactively communicating with internal and external applicants to ensure their references are completed within the SLA schedule (within 8 weeks of submission).
- Collating a full 5-year credible history checks (may include liaising with applicants to seek further details from the Home Office or government authorities).
- Act as an ID signatory in all necessary locations and manage the list of ID signatories across the business to ensure up-to-date compliance with responsibilities of an ID signatory.
- Have a full understanding of UK eligibility checks inclusive of visa knowledge.
- Ensure timely submission of weekly reports related to I.D. passes that have entered, are in, and are exiting the process.
- Proactively highlight applicants that are due to expire and manage renewals.
- Effectively manage all applications from start to finish.
- Adhere to the Data Protection Act 1998 by managing the administration of documents.
- Ensure a commitment to data accuracy and legal compliance in line with GDPR.
- Build effective relationships with the IDC and internal bodies.
- Ensure GSAT and/or CTC requirements are completed by the applicant in a timely manner.
- Support ongoing pass management such as un-parking and chasing un-surrendered passes for various locations.
- Support with temporary passes applications for various locations and support with car park applications.
- Record keeping: maintain comprehensive information & product support service to managers through maintaining records of all references, screening and IDs being processed, applied for, renewed and issued, tracking progress of all applications and ensuring returns of passes.
- Provide help and support as required with recruitment and selection of employees in a cost-effective and efficient manner, while ensuring resourcing and succession requirements are met.
- Participate in projects and working groups and carry out any other duties outside the standard remit when required, managing ongoing and/or new projects while ensuring delivery in the best possible way.
