Strong demand for orthopaedic expertise in a supportive team with excellent onsite facilities, including a dedicated theatre, preparation room, and a modern imaging suite with X-ray and ultrasound. Are you a Veterinary Surgeon with a passion for orthopaedics, looking to make your mark within a respected, independent practice? This role is based in Redditch, Worcestershire, offering a balance of career development and a lifestyle that combines city access with green spaces. The practice values collaboration and delivers compassionate, high-quality care for dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, birds, and small mammals.
The Rota- Full-time role: 4.5 days per week
- 1:3 Saturday mornings (9:30am-1pm)
- 1:6 weekends on call until 9pm, with TOIL
- 1 night per week on call until 11pm (usually quiet, often finishing earlier)
- Flexible working patterns available
- Competitive salary up to £80,000 DOE
- 5 weeks holiday plus Bank Holidays
- Accommodation available if relocating to the area

- Uncapped CPD allowance where it benefits the practice
The practice features a purpose-built theatre, spacious preparation room, modern imaging suite with X-ray and ultrasound, and well-designed kennels with walk-in spaces for dogs of all sizes and separate, comfortable cat areas.
