Maternity Cover - Veterinary Surgeon
Location: Westerham, Kent
Start Date: Monday 2nd March 2026
Duration: Until July 2026 (with potential for extension)
We're a well-established small animal practice supported by VetPartners, located in the beautiful town of Westerham, on the Kent/Surrey border-just an hour from London, offering the perfect blend of countryside charm and city access.
Join our friendly and experienced team of 3 vets, 4 RVNs, 1 SVN, 2 receptionists, and a Practice Managerwho are all committed to providing outstanding care and treating our patients as if they were our own.
The Role:- Fixed-term maternity cover from Monday 2nd March 2026 until July 2026, with the potential for a longer-term opportunity
- 4-day week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday (8:30am - 6:30pm)
- 1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:30am - 12:00pm (with time off in lieu)
- No out-of-hours or on-call
- A mix of consulting and operating in a well-equipped, busy practice
- Depending on experience £47-54,000 per annum (pro rata)
We're open to being flexible and can offer a 3-day week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday) alongside the Saturday rota for the right candidate.
