Veterinary surgeon for brand new practice - West London

A new opportunity has arisen for experienced Veterinary Surgeons to play a key role in launching a purpose built practice serving the communities of West London. Rather than joining an already established structure, this position offers the chance to help shape a brand new surgery from the outset, working closely with the Head Vet to define how the practice develops. The environment has been carefully designed to support both patients and staff, with a modern, spacious layout and high quality equipment throughout.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of first opinion cases.
• Carry out routine and advanced surgical procedures.
• Promote preventive healthcare and client education.
• Build strong relationships with clients.
• Support and mentor the nursing team.
• Contribute to a culture of high clinical standards and collaboration.

Working Pattern

• Four days per week with nine hour shifts.
• Participation in a one in four weekend rota.
• Average of 39 hours weekly.
• Dedicated administrative time within each shift.
