Salary: Up to £77,000 per annum (D.O.E) Type: Permanent, Full-time Hours: 40 per week, 4-day week with 1 in 4 Saturdays, no out-of-hours

About the RoleAs Clinical Director, you will oversee both clinical and operational aspects of the practice. You'll lead a talented and collaborative team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care while promoting professional development, continuous improvement, and innovation. With a focus on both people and patients, you'll help drive performance, growth, and the ongoing success of the practice.
About the PracticeThe practice has been providing outstanding care for over 20 years. The facilities include two dedicated surgical theatres, a fully equipped dental suite with dental x-ray capabilities, a new ultrasound machine, digital x-ray, endoscopy, bronchoscopy, and an in-house lab covering biochemistry, haematology, and cytology. They hold Silver ISFM Cat Friendly Practice status and Dog's Trust Dog Friendly Clinic recognition, with separate wards for dogs and cats to reduce stress for hospitalised patients.

Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and oversee both clinical and operational aspects of the practice.
