Veterinary Receptionist

Cliffe Vets, Small Animal - Lewes, Lewes, South East

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

This is a dual position: 2 days at our Ringmer Surgery (Mon & Tues), then half a day Thursday and a full day Friday at our Lewes Surgery. Saturdays are at the Lewes Surgery full driving licence required to travel between surgeries.

If you have a passion for customer service, experience in a veterinary reception, and are keen to make a difference in a busy veterinary environment, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and interacting with clients in a welcoming and professional manner, ensuring that every visit is a positive experience. You will manage appointment bookings, handle queries, and take payments, and assist with general administrative tasks. You will also support the team with any other administrative tasks as required by the Practice Manager, Clinical Director or Head Nurse.
