Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day practice operations within a busy veterinary clinic
- Lead rota planning, staffing, and resource management
- Oversee financial performance including budgets, KPIs, cost control, and revenue
- Drive client experience, including handling complaints and feedback
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and internal standards
- Maintain stock control and supplier management
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Support a positive team culture and ongoing staff development
- Previous experience as a Practice Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Background in veterinary
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience managing financial performance and KPIs
- Confident handling client queries and complaints
- Highly organised with strong problem-solving ability
- Proficient with IT systems including practice management software and Microsoft Office
