What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in leadership, HR or practice management (veterinary experience desirable but not essential)

  • A proactive, highly organised approach with excellent problem-solving skills

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Confidence with IT systems (experience with PMS software an advantage)

  • Strong financial awareness and ability to manage budgets

  • Passion for developing people, driving performance and building culture

  • Nursing background desirable, to truly bridge clinical and non-clinical operations

Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the practice

  • Lead, support and inspire a team of veterinary and non-clinical professionals

  • Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and industry standards

  • Manage budgets, financial performance and operational efficiency

  • Handle client care, feedback and service delivery at the highest standard

  • Support recruitment, HR processes and team development

  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and practice growth strategies

  • Foster a collaborative, supportive and thriving workplace culture
