Veterinary Practice Manager

In this role, you'll bridge the gap between the clinical and non-clinical teams, ensuring seamless operations, outstanding client service, and an environment where people genuinely love to work. • Competitive salary of up to £50,000 DOE

• Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week (part-time considered)

• Play a pivotal leadership role at the heart of a modern, independent veterinary practice

• Proven experience in leadership, HR or practice management (veterinary experience desirable but not essential)

• A proactive, highly organised approach with excellent problem-solving skills

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

• Confidence with IT systems (experience with PMS software an advantage)

• Strong financial awareness and ability to manage budgets

• Passion for developing people, driving performance and building culture

• Nursing background desirable, to truly bridge clinical and non-clinical operations

• Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the practice

• Lead, support and inspire a team of veterinary and non-clinical professionals

• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and industry standards

• Manage budgets, financial performance and operational efficiency

• Handle client care, feedback and service delivery at the highest standard

• Support recruitment, HR processes and team development

• Contribute to marketing initiatives and practice growth strategies

• Salary up to £50,000 DOE
