Veterinary Front Desk Lead - Client Care

Village Vet in Highgate, part of Linnaeus Veterinary Limited, is seeking a Lead Client Care Assistant to join a busy practice. The role is full-time (42 hours per week) with flexible shifts between 08:00 and 19:30, including some weekend work.

You will be the front-of-house face, ensuring five-star service for clients and their pets. Key duties include diary management, handling inquiries, taking payments, promoting Pet Healthcare Plans, and supporting the clinical team with admin tasks.
